Strakinpak Gym & Pool

this is my entry for #steskensinteriorchallenge 10.giving the at first i thought it was too big for me to make a residential lot, so i made my first community lot. i turned the shell in a modern gym and swimming pool.
as always, give me some feedback to improve my building skills
