Creative notes about your build: My first 3 attempts at this build kept turning into something else entirely, then I read this article about millionaire debt collectors and thought I’d try taking it upscale! So welcome to the home of Ms Gold (sorry @Aljay it’s stuck in my head lol) Mr Gold and their two teenage children. I’ve fought against my natural affinity for clutter and tried to keep this smooth and sleek. Masterpiece art for the Gallery by my sims, gorgeous NoCC art for the Villa by @Bella2222452 and @juwels64
Back Story: Ms Gold used to be a high flying, very rich lawyer. Then she got into the Debt Collection business on a huge scale…..now she’s high flying, ultra rich CEO and her life is more about her mansion, her yacht and lost of amazing poolside parties. The street facing side of the property is a high end Art Gallery, stocking only Masterpiece paintings and the occasional statue, sculpture or other high value piece that Ms Gold has repossessed from their previous debtor owners. Ms Gold also has an office adjoining the Gallery from where she runs her debt collection empire, although she will also meet the rich & famous debtors there in person if required. The majority of the property is given over to a luxury glass fronted villa where Ms Gold can see her yacht from almost every seat!
