Creative notes about your build: Art is from juwels64 and SimSationalToo I took my builder sim there after moving her and she found the watercraft had gone but the loungers were still on the water. She found that as its a 'Generic' community lot to have the Uni Canteen working you have to hire for $100 and also for the Bars, so maybe simmers can decide what the Community lot will be on their Sulani World as it has many possibilities!
