An official Q&A was released.
Some important info for builders:
- There is a max amount of units per save. It's 99.
- The cheat for more units is this: bb.increaserentalunitcap on/off
- You can't build Residential Rentals on following lots:
- Sulani waterfront lots
- Penthouse lots in San Myshuno and Britechester
- Vacation worlds and hidden lots.
- If you add items such as water heaters in one unit, it will only have an effect on that unit. If you have one of those items in the shared space, it'll affect every unit.
So then, this means that 3 of my built ideas have been shot down.

I've decided to count the amount of units in total from all of my lots. And yup, it exceeds the limit! Sigh, my ideas really were way too ambitious...
I guess I'll be doing internal screaming for some time.
