That is a clearer explanation than what I found, but so much to consider for me, I liked building fake resorts but never thought about apartments so a lot. Yes I suppose not much reason to switch, I like to rotate from time to time depending on what I'm doing, or because I noticed the game likes to make my played households pet adoption places which is a no.
I really like your ts2 apartments too, I was just thinking I need more space, now I know better. I don't know if I'll ever need up to the limit but guess we'll see who stretches that limit anyways. I bet it'll be good for set dressing for machinima adding all those apartments to keep people on hand who knows.
