Made a 6 unit apartment there: 4 for small households and 2 for a little larger households. Also included a garden with a grilling area, laundry room (with an ability to do laundry with wash bin and cloth line), lounger balcony, and of course a utility room.
Edit. And yes, I have tested the bathroom layout. Even went extra mile to see if toddlers and infants can be bathed in second floor units. They are all usable fortunately! :)
So, about the other buildings, especially those with a lot of units. I'm planning to make and upload these in two versions: The L version that goes with my plan and the M version where I take some units off. While some are difficult to plan (Moonwood Mill for example), I think I can shave some units off the dreaded limit.
