Game play question for Tattoo designing - searching

I would like to have a Tattoo for my Sim(s) that looks like the Open-O reverse swoosh Floor Tile and Wall Decal found in the Spa Day pack.  I really can't draw IRL so trying with a mouse (as I have) is ridiculously bad.  I tried searching the Gallery (found some GREAT Lotus(s)) but can't figure out the name of the symbol so harder to search for it. 

Can anyone point me in the correct direction or know of someone who has posted this symbol on the Gallery? 😕
