Give me back my multi-purpose buildings and lots

I would like the option to have more than one house. Like a summer home. If I am going to work, I would like my screen to stay on the lot I was playing or be able to choose which house I return to. I would love to see a pool table, More playable careers and a restaurant that really works. I spend all this time hiring staff and training them and then they stop coming to work. Plus if I want to eat out, it takes all night to have a simple meal. That needs to be fixed. Thanks
