Kealoha Dynasty (Part 4)
The Kealoha Palace is centuries old. The early forefathers of the ruling family started as chiefdoms, making their residence in wooden and straw huts. It wasn't until later that they became more advanced and decided to build a more sophisticated, stable structure out of limestone. Over time, the royal palace was fully erected. However, after the uprising happened, a lot of the palace was damaged. Walls were broken down, and stones were cracked. A lot of the treasures out of the palace treasury were stolen as well, and it still hasn't been found to this day. Due to the treasures being stolen, the family hasn't been able to import materials and rebuild the palace. The foundation has been eroded over time by the sea, and the palace is beginning to slide. Nohea and his wife are working hard to save up money to give the palace a complete new makeover.
Not only does the antiquated palace have some wear and tear, but it also attracts the ghosts of the royals who have passed on. They show up a lot to check up on Nohea and his family to see how things are going. They have to make sure that they are doing their best to upkeep the palace and uphold the royal name, or else great granny might give them a "good talking-to."
