The layout of your trailer park WIP looks great ! @LadyEmillye :) It is great that there is a nook area for sims to have fun playing basketball. Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the corner community garden nook. Kids will have fun playing on the pirate ship.
I will look forward to seeing the finished build when you upload it :)
