Second floor and attic:

There are actually four bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, but one bedroom and the bathroom are rather small, so I couldn't take a good picture of those rooms, but I think you'll get the general idea with these pictures. ;)

Fix Her Up is very nice home! :) The design of the exterior, the roofing and the roof covered front and back porches look very nice! The planter box front porch windows are nice for sims to see when sitting on the corner seats enjoying sitting outdoors in the air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The crates and barrels in the staircase nook look great. Very nice windows dining alcove. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in onto when eating their meals. The mix of types of dining chairs looks great. The gingham and white wall paneling looks homely and the red patterned floor rug looks nice with the grey colour scheme of the room. The wall cutlery and knife block are nice kitchen touches there. The family room is very nice! It has a very nice family home look with the different types and colours of seating. the school bag on the floor , the truck and the family wall pictures.The heart teddy and lady bird look cute there! Sims will enjoy watching tv, reading a book and listening to radio music whilst sitting there. The pig and bunny look great on the corner table! The sunflowers are a nice sunny sight in the room, and the heart wall decor is a nice touch. Very nice art and study room! The gingham wall pattern looks nice. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there with sunshine coming in through the window , or enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. The books and other items under and beside the sofa on the floor reflect well a real life home. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! They have nice home touches in them. It looks nice how you have placed the beds on each side of the room in the kids bedroom. The red dragon and blue teddy look cute in the room! Their colours look nice with the colour of the bed. The attic looks great! It looks nice how you have placed the items there, for sims to keep them in storage.

The new version of your Legacy Home is very nice! :) The exterior of the Spring Breeze home is very nice! Very nice front porch! The layout of the home is very nice! The flowers along the edges of the home look so pretty! Very nice outdoors dining patio! The different types of dining seats looks nice there. Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meals at the table in the sunshine. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The green and blue colour scheme of the interior looks very nice! Very nice kitchen! Sims will enjoy looking out through the kitchen windows whilst preparing meals. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room area looks nice. The candles on the living room coffee table are pretty for sims to whilst sitting on the sofas, enjoying watching to and warming up near the fire. The leafy pictures look nice placed either sides of the tv. Very nice office room! It looks very nice how you have placed the filing cabinets either sides of the bookcase and have placed the bird wall pictures there! The wall section looks great! The knight looks nice in the corner nook. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or sit resting on the sofa reading a book from the bookcases. Very nice clothes and shoes nook alcove beside the door. The study desk nooks in the bedrooms are very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the bookcases either sides of the desk and have a study wall shelf in one of the bedrooms.

My gosh, you're a fast builder! I am so painfully slow, lol. :p Beautiful new homes! I think I'm most partial to Rustic. The colors are so lovely and Autumn looking. The rich, warm colors on the interior make the home feel cozy and inviting. :blush:

The exterior design of Rustic is very nice! :) The roofing and dormers are very nice! The grey and red colour scheme of the exterior of the home looks very nice, and the red open shutter windows look very pretty! Very nice roof covered front porch! It looks nice how you have used the spandrels in the porches of the home. The flowers look nice placed either sides of the front door for sims to see as they enter the home. Very nice seat bench sitting area on the porch for sims to enjoy being outdoors in the air amidst the plants that are around the seat. The plants and flowers look nice against the edges of the porches. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The furnishing of the home is very nice! Very nice colour scheme through the rooms of the home. It is great that there is a basement level in the home. The office area of the basement is very nice! Very nice study desk nook! The bookcases look nice placed either sides of the computer desk and it looks very nice how you hsve placed the books on top of and under the side wall table! The placement of the bookcases in the room looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or sitting at the middle table reading a book. Very nice furnishing of the kids bedrooms in the level. The pink and blue colour schemes of the rooms look very nice. The teddies and rabbits in the rooms look very cute! Very nice layout of the living room. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofas watching tv, and listening to the music from the piano being played. The plants on the shelves look very nice and the candles look pretty on the coffee table. Very nice design of the kitchen and dining area! Nice windows dining table area for sims to enjoy looking out through the windows whilst eating their meals there. The food themed pictures are a nice touch on the wall there. The cereal box, condiments, salt/pepper items and the wall cutlery are great kitchen touches on the kitchen counters for sims to see when cooking. The kitchen corner nook with the shelves with items on them and the plant wall decor looks very nice! Very nice upstairs master bedroom! Nice ottoman stool sitting area between the bookcases in the room, for sims to enjoy sitting and reading a book.
