Grace is a very nice Victorian style home! :) Very nice design of the exterior of the home! It looks very pretty! The bay windows look very nice! It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels in the upper balcony and the porch. . The front steps entrance and the flowers and plants either sides of the steps looks very nice and pretty! Very nice wraparound porch! The back patio pool and outdoors dining patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy dining outdoors in the sunshine at the table there. The roof covered pergola shelter there look great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat bench there, enjoying the outdoors air. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen and dining area is very nice! The blue walls and the brown wooden texture of the cabinets, dining table and chairs look nice together. Very nice library nook! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the armchairs there reading a book with the sunshine coming in through the windows. The books are a nice touch on and under the table. The bay windows tv nook in the living room is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the curtains there. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows whilst sitting resting there watching tv. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! It looks very nice how you have placed the items on the wall shelves in the bedrooms! Very nice clothes and shoes corner nook in the master bedroom.

I built two new houses, the first one is called 'Luxury Overload', because...well, it just is! I built it for Mandy who had a list of wishes about a mile long and I actually managed to get it all onto one lot! I'm just going to post all the pictures in one post. Let's see it it works ;)

The second house is called 'Georgian Manor' and I built it for Nicole, who wanted a Georgian house. (I know, very Original name..hahaha)

Both Luxury Overload and Georgian Manor are very nice homes! :) The exterior designs of each of them and the layout of both the outdoors areas and the interior of the homes looks very nice! Luxury Overload is a very detailed build! The outdoors and indoors pools, the outdoors kitchen and dining area, and the roof covered raised outdoors bar patio area look very nice! The way you have placed the plants, trees and flowers in the outdoors areas looks very nice! The bonsai llamas look great in the indoors pool room! Very nice design of the kitchen! The cabinets look very nice how you have placed them in the kitchen. Very nice windows dining alcove! Sims will enjoy dining there with the sunshine coming in onto them. It looks nice how it is a long dining table so msny sims can eat their meals together. The alternating colour of the seats looks nice. It is nice that there are double stoves in the kitchen. Very nice living room! The bookcases look nice placed either sides of the tv. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas watching tv or reading a book. The fish in the aquariums are restful for Sims to see when sitting there. Very nice toys, art table and dollhouse nook for the kids to enjoy playing with the toys and doing artwork on the table. The study room is very nice! The furnishing of the room looks great! It looks very nice how you have placed the computer study desk tables together there! The bookcases and bookshelves look great how you have placed them on the walls! The leafy and birds pictures look very nice how they are placed on the bedhead wall in the master bedroom! The scenic pictures on the side wall in the other bedroom is calming for sims to enjoy seeing when in the bedroom. Very nice sofa and armchairs tv watching area in the room. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors views whilst sitting resting there watching tv.
The outdoors garden feature area in the Georgian Manor build where you have used the hedging looks so very nice! The design of the area looks so very great! The water fountain looks nice in the middle of the area. The outdoors areas of the build are very nice! Very nice raised corner sitting nook! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat benches resting there in the outdoors air. The flowers look nice either sides of the nook. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! I won't post about all the nice details in each room. The purple pink colour scheme of the girls bedroom looks pretty. The cute animal pictures look nice how you have placed them on the side wall. The unicorn, blue bunny and the heart teddy in the kids rooms look cute!
