Hi! I built a modern house for Betty, who wanted a house with three spacious bedrooms and a big sunroom. I called it Modern Mays and I hope you'll like it! ;)

The exterior design of Modern Mays is very nice! :) The roofing looks great ! The texture of the exterior looks nice. Very nice gardening and outdoors sitting balcony! Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the gardening boxes there. The outdoors living and dining areas are very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them in the sunshine at the dining table. The water feature with the circular water ball fountains looks so nice! Very nice sofa seats sitting area for sims to enjoy relaxing there having a chat in the outdoors air. The greenery trellis roof covered pool patio is very nice! The flowers and plants look very pretty along the edges of the home! The windows look very nice how you have placed them in the build. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the sunken kitchen is very nice! The red and white colour scheme of the room and how the kitchen cabinets are placed looks very nice. The cutlery are nice kitchen touches on the wall. The kitchen windows look great how you have placed them, for sims to enjoy the sunshine coming in whilst cooking there as well as them enjoying the outdoors views. The hot chocolate items, condiments and fruit pictures are nice touches on the wall table. The coat stand is a homely touch beside the door. Very nice layout of the living room! Nice sofas seats sitting area for sims to enjoy resting there in front of the fire watching tv and reading a book. The bookcases look great placed either sides of the tv and fireplace. The plants look nice placed on the walls shelves, coffee table and fireplace. They are nice natural sights for the sims to enjoy looking at when sitting chatting there. Very nice study desk nook corner. The red flowers on the desk are pretty for sims to see when using the computer there. Very nice armchairs sitting area near the windows for sims to enjoy the sunshine coming in onto them through the windows whilst sitting there. The sunroom is very nice! The plants and flowers in the room are very nice! It is a very nice light filled room for sims to enjoy sitting near the fire, looking out through the windows at the outdoors views and enjoying looking at all the plants in the room. It is a calming room. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! Nice fireplace sitting areas in the rooms. The bathrooms are very nice! The nooks with the items on the shelves look very nice in the bathrooms! Nice bath tub alcove.

Hi Neji , very interesting project, It is nicely glazed, very interesting styling especially in the bathroom.
I also like the fact that there are plenty of greenery inside.
You can see that you like red indoors and you use it well.Very good design Neji !

Interior:

The exterior design of Happily Ever After is very pretty! :) The wraparound porches are very nice! The spandrels look nice in the build. Very nice seat benches sitting area on the front porch. The flowers look so pretty on the edges of the front porch! They are nice for sims to look at whilst sitting on the porch. The open shutter flower box windows look very pretty! Very nice pool patio! The flowers in the corner nook are very nice for sims to see whilst having fun swimming in the pool. The wedding area is so very nice! It looks very nice how you have set up the seats there either sides of the aisleway for the wedding guests to enjoy sitting there watching the wedding ceremony. It is such a very nice floral setting for an outdoors wedding! The hedging on the sides of the area and the arch hedging entrance to the area looks nice. It looks nice how the wedding arch is on a raised platform area. The back porch is very nice. It looks nice how there are two flights of steps down from the back porch. Very nice reception area! The raised deck piano gazebo looks very nice! It looks nice how the umbrella covered tables and chairs are set up there. Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables there eating meals that have been cooked on the BBQ. Nice bar area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar in the sunshine. Sims will enjoy listening to the music from the piano whilst sitting there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen is very nice! The floor tiling looks nice, and the green colour of the walls looks calming. It is great that there are double stoves. The knives are nice kitchen touches in the room. The plants are nice touches of nature on the kitchen window table for sims to see when cooking there. The dining room is very nice! The dining table looks nice how it is angled in the room. The different coloured seats around the table give a very nice look in the room. The crockery display cabinets look nice placed either sides of the picture. The blue colour of the dining and living room walls looks very nice and restful. The layout of the areas of the living room looks very nice! Nice window study desk area for sims to enjoy sitting at the table using the computer with the sunshine coming in through the windows. The tv watching nook is very nice. The books and candles are a nice touch on the coffee table and the plants, crystals and photos on the wall shelves and fireplace ledge look nice there. The plants either sides of the tv and fireplace add to the very nice look of the room. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! It is nice that there is a study desk area off from the bed area in the kids bedroom. The heart teddy looks cute in the room! The collection room is very great!
