Make Brindleton Bay's oceans usable

PLEASE EA im begging you. we have all this beautiful sea side area in brindleton bay and cant use any of it. its great that we can use the waters in packs after sulan, but would it be possible to make the maps BEFORE sulani usable? there is so much i could do with brindleton bay. the lighthouse island for one, has so many beaches! we should be able to swim and boat there. please please please?

    That's so one of the reasons why I keep going back to play the old Sims 3. :p

    Everywhere in the Sims would be so great. I see all this wonderful ocean but can't interact with it. It's rather depressing. Windenburg especially. I'd love to see sailing allowed too. It would be so much fun to 'sail' or 'take a ferry' between the mainland and the island in Windenburg.
