Hello @SimGuruKuxiku !

May I know with regards to the nomination and as well as lots that are getting the Maxis Fav, are they allowed to use a Mod? I've noticed that the recent lot that have gotten the favourite is built with a TOOL & Red Shelf mod, so, am wondering does the rules have changed?
