MLadyAzzera - A Weekly Speed Build Collection

Welcome to my collection of Sims 4 Speed Builds! I am fairly new to the speed build world and am excited to share them with you. You will find these speed builds a little different; they are edited to diminish spinning and streamlined to music that matches the visuals. I would greatly appreciate any constructive feed back that you may have and hope that you enjoy my creations.

I am hoping to release every Speed Build Sunday, so be on the look out for more to come!

    This two bedroom, two full bath cottage has been reclaimed by modern comforts without losing its country charm with a cozy, family vibe. Contains features such as covered porches, outside fire pit, two fire places, sunken dining room, and separate toilet rooms inside each bathroom. Makes for a great family rental in Granite Falls, but classy enough to place anywhere.

    This house may not meet the requirements of a tiny house, but it definitely uses every bit of space to its advantage! This lot features a second floor balcony complete with hot tub, upstairs main bedroom loft with computer nook, a two bed kids room, laundry room, walled off toilets in each bathroom, grill area, and planters, all while having a sleek, modern feel throughout. It's the time to downsize in style!
