Very lovely modern townhouse! :)The exterior design and layout are very nice! Very nice blue and white colour scorned if the exterior and the string lights are very pretty! Very nice upper balcony! The water fountain features are lovely! Very creative design of the rear windows! Very outdoors living and pool patio! Very nice roof covered nooks for Sims to enjoy using the bubbles machine and relax in the hot tub. Very nice layout of the interior, and the furnishing of the rooms is very nice and stylish . The white, black and grey colour scheme is very nice. The patterned floor rugs add a very nice look to the rooms.
It is a very nice modern stylish townhouse for Sims to enjoy living in :)
