No .. that is another on your honor thing <3 ... AN and credits are not included in word counts <3 The only time I would check is if I felt something was really pushing past the limits. We are all honorable here and I trust you all.
Thank you so much for the reply and for having so much trust in us (though I'm sure you don't have any reason not to)! This reminds me of the essays I had to write in high school, except I had to literally count each word (as we did everything with pen and paper) and the teacher also counted it to make sure we're not cheating! I didn't think I'd be writing again after school (never mind participating in a challenge), but here I am doing and loving it! ♥️
You're telling me. I'm the guy that failed English more than I passed. I ended up taking 3 years of English my senior year of high school just so i would graduate on time, and if not for one particular teacher being very lenient with me, I wouldn't have. Now I enjoy writing, and when I'm not punching out a quick message from my phone (darn autocorrect un-correcting), I'm usually pretty hard on myself over grammar, spelling, and punctuation. At least, what I remember almost learning.
This was me with Maths! I nearly failed Grade 9 because of Maths, but I did pretty well with my Language subjects. English is actually my second language, but I often did better at it for some reason! I'm also very hard on myself when it comes to writing and I check my dad's emails for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors (he asks me to), lol! I really enjoyed your story, BTW!
