I am struggling with depression as well. I tend to get so excited when I am finally able to do something, that I want to do everything at once. Of course I can not keep that up for too long before the pressure and expectations weigh me down and I abandon an idea I had been passionate about. Then I feel bad about not going through with it which leads to more depression. So we are back at square one and the cycle starts again.
I saw on your Blog that you really liked bullet journaling. You seemed to enjoy combining this artistic hobby of yours with your Sims game. Do what you love, not what people might want you to do. Besides, I thought it fit perfectly, I could imagine Edith doodling in her journal and getting excited about her achievements. I think you can express a lot through a handcrafted BuJo page because it is not perfect. To me it also made the story feel more real, almost like a photo proof.
