Your Family House build is very nice! :) It is very special that you have modelled it on your family home that you grew up in. Very nice exterior of it! The roofing looks great! The dormer and the brickwork texture of the exterior looks great. It looks nice how you have used the hedge fencing on the sides of the lot. The enlarged car in the driveway looks great! The flowers and trees look nice how you have placed them on the edge of the driveway. It looks very nice how you have placed the trees, plants and flowers in the front area of the home. Great backyard area! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq there and eating their meal in the sunshine there. It is great that you have a bar area for sims to enjoy having a drink from the bar outdoors in the air. Child Sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. The water pool and fountain feature looks very nice! The pig and rabbit looks great there! Nice seat bench sitting area. The flower cart is nice for sims to see when sitting there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice dining area! Sims will enjoy having the sunlight coming in through the dining room windows whilst eating there as well as liking being able to look through and see what is happening outdoors. The flowers on the table are nice for sims to see when dining there. The grandfather clock looks great in the living and dining room area. Great open layout of the living and dining area. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas in front of the fire. The candles and books on the coffee table and the picture frames on the fireplace ledge are nice home touches. Nice staircase sitting nook area. The brickwork texture of the walls there look great. The leafy pictures on the wall are nice for sims to see when going up and down the stairs. It looks great how you have positioned them on the staircase side wall. The tiling of the bathroom walls looks great, and it looks great how you have placed the cabinet between the sinks there. Nice furnishing of the bedrooms. Great bookcase nooks in the single bed rooms, and great study desk areas for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table reading a book of using the computer. It looks nice how you have placed the curtains either side of the bed and of the tv in the master bedroom. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst laying in bed. Great study room. Sims will enjoy sitting there at the table using the computer or just resting on the arnchair reading a book. It is great that there is a radio there for them to enjoy listening to music at the same time, Very nice kitchen! It looks great how you have placed the kitchen cabinets, and the kitchen wall tiling looks great. Great eat in dining area. The fruit bowl on the table and the mugs rack on the counter are nice touches.

Simply Cubist is a very nice modern home ! :) Very nice exterior of it! The roofing and the curved balcony look great! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel on the balcony or sitting on the seat there, looking out at the views. It looks very nice how you placed the windows in the build! It looks very nice how you have placed the plants through the outdoors areas. Very nice back patio area of the build! The water pool fountain feature there looks very nice! Great bbq nook area! Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meal at the dining table there in the sunshine, or enjoy sitting on the bar stools having a drink from the bar. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the table. Great gardening area for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the garden pots. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen is great! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! The curved counter is great for sims to enjoy sitting on the bar stools at and eating a meal at. The knives are a great kitchen tiuch there. The red colour of the bar stools looks nice with the colour of the counter and cabinets. It looks great how you have done the black flooring there! Very nice light filled window dining area! Sims will enjoy having the sunlight coming in through the windows whilst sitting at the table eating their meals. The fruit bowl is nice on the tabletop. Very nice bedrooms. The colours that you have used for the furnishings looks nice. It looks nice how you have done the patterned bedhead walls in the bedrooms. Very nice living room area for sims to enjoy sitting resting and watching TV or reading a book from the bookcase. The red and grey colour scheme of the area looks nice. Sims will envoy looking out through the windows at the views whilst sitting there. The car port and enlarged car looks great!

Love your two new builds Family House and Simply Cubist! The landscaping on the Family House is beautifully done and I love the modern interior of the Cubist!
