1930s Children's Clothing:
For the most part there isn't enough variety in children's wear in game to truly reflect the 30s. Most notably there are next to no floral print dresses which was the staple of the time. In that respect the children's clothes from the 20s work well to represent children in the 30s too.
However there are a few changes in fashion that you could add to those looks. The biggest change is the start of boys wearing pants. These were called "big little boy pants" in advertising. For boys who wanted to be older than they were. They were usually coupled with a tucked in shirt and tie so that the boy could really look like daddy (since we have no such shirt in game I chose a few other looks). Most boys would still be in shorts, but it might be a good way to differentiate in ages of boys in a family with the younger wearing shorts and the older wearing pants.
For girls other than the floral prints which we lack, the biggest change was that it was now acceptable for her to wear shorts when doing sports. Here I've coupled it with a lose polo shirt. Finally the last outfit is the closest I could get to the printed made at home flower bag dresses. It also has a good shape for toddler clothes at the time.
