I liked how Sims 2: Bon Voyage came with three very different vacation destinations - Three Lakes is already sort of covered by Granite Falls, but I loved how it came with a tropical place and one inspired by Japan too. A different vacation destination for each climate (since I tended to take Sims to Granite Falls for winter, Takemizu Village for spring and autumn, and the tropical one for summer).
Anything based off Japan would be really cool. :) Or any country from that neck of the woods! (A bit of a mix like Windenburg would be neat.) I'm excited we're finally getting some Asian stuff since Sims 4 has been really lacking so far when it comes to anything Asian. (And by that I mean all parts of Asia - excited to see the Indian stuff too in City Living.)
Somewhere with the aurora would be really neat - I wonder how that would work with the Sims 4 camera though? You aren't usually looking up at the sky so you could easily miss it.
Something like San Myshuno's festivals (assuming we all like how they work) would be neat to incorporate on a smaller scale in any new vacation destination.
