Older youths & Middle ages

They looks almost the same as young adults, but has very thin wrinkles, eyebags, and sunken cheeks.

Middle ages(55-60): Older than adults, younger than elder. They has more wrinkles than adults but less than elder, and their hair is greying(and add more greying hair colour).
They has lower chance of pregnancy after Try for Baby, and will uncomfortable when second trimester.
They also can have random " uncomfortable WooHoo" mood.
They can " Talk about the fear of getting old", " Talk about the life of getting old".
They can't be a parent of a adult, but can be a child of a elder.

Seems pretty pointless to add new life stages when the ones we already have are boring, Older youth could create content that would be great to finalizing the adult life stage since there is nothing making that life stage different from young adult, just that more wrinkles are added.

I think all the ideas you've stated would be great being added to the adult life stage instead of two different ones, it would really make the adult life stage stand out from young adult.

Same with Elder, in the sims 3 they were my favourite life stage because they had their own unique clothes and interactions, now they're boring, they don't even do anything but stand there until they die, I would like more interactions mainly for the elder life stage. I would love age-specific clothes to come back for all life stages, so i can really tell them apart and dress them accordingly.
