Some content for older players maybe?

This game is rated at a Teen, I would love to see it back into an actual T rating instead of a G rating.

You can probably get most of those things with mods and just customize it to your own liking.

I'm an older player, but I don't really need to see blur removal or real anatomy of my game characters. :#
There's a lot of content around the internet to see all kinds of real anatomy for those who are interested.
I'd like to have some more romantic actions, though, like slow dancing and cuddles and such.
I'm European, I'm more than okay with nudity, but Sims can keep their blur.

I really don't see why the blur is needed since the sims have barbie skin. I wouldn't mind it as much but the one for females it's huge and covers their body entirely. It also defeats the purpose of the clothing optional lot trait. Why even have such a lot trait if we are going to be blushing about it?

I've never use that lot trait cause i don't want to play with blured characters. I wouldn't play with blured characters even if they were dressed behind.

To be honest I don't really think the game is targeting kids as such it's just all ages. I'm guessing they couldn't add anything more mature or else it would mess up their age rating. Would be nice to see more humor again though.

Definitely don't want to see naked sims with "real anatomy" though, there is mods for that and it should stay that way.

I’ve been playing since the Sims 1. I don’t want the blur removal or proper anatomy. No shame on those that use mods for those things. I would like the game to feel less child like, simplistic and shallow and there to be consequences but that will not happen. The new focus is about teaching us all to grow and be inclusive and chasing fads. (All confirmed by the CM) And while that shouldn’t be an either or situation; somehow it is.

More romance interactions and chemistry, yes, but the other things, mods exist for those already.

I don't want mods in my game, I don't want to be dependent on other players doing team maxis' job. I do however want what op is suggesting. There shouldn't be a problem to make a pack with a different rating. Everyone for whom that rating means that pack isn't for them simply shouldn't get that pack and their entire game stays unchanged rating wise, but at the same time such a pack would make the game more interesting for players not limited to product ratings according to their age. Also, the sims have anatomically incorrect barbie and ken doll bodies, toys little children play with, undress all the time, making that blur ridicules for players over the age of 10. At the very least it should be an in-game toggleable option for the nudephobians among you.

I think modesty and a focus on growth and inclusivity are good things. I’m glad mods exist for those of you who want more adult content.
