As the title says, rate the avatar above you with a 0 - 10 score (10 being the highest) NB: You may want to consider "@username" the person you're rating as people's scores seem to be getting mixed...

@kingstriker, that's cool he can have different coloured hair and beard! I never tried that yet. He gets bonus points for being daring ;) 8.5
