Comments: What a very nice, modern office building. I wonder if the employees rent apartments in the building next door to save on the commute time. The natural paneling on the sides is a nice touch. Those skylights will definitely bring in some welcome natural light. I can see your experience with office buildings in every detail, right down to the parking area and janitor’s room. Your choice of pillars and spandrels for the parking garage are perfect, very realistic. I love your indoor courtyard, bringing the outside inside. Sims will love taking breaks here. Wilbur’s reception area is well-suited to his preferences and personality. The pops of color against the industrial touches and beige walls really stand out. The main architect’s office with its various sections is well thought out and decorated perfectly. The three areas are distinct yet are clearly part of the same office. The meeting rooms look very efficient with plenty of lighting and seating. I like how all the offices have a similar layout and the same furnishings yet are all individual. I imagine whoever uses the blue office really loves plants and wants a little more privacy for their clients. The large breakroom looks like a fun place to hang out, with all the different seating options. Maybe a couple want to have a private chat at the tables while someone else is at the bar having a snack and a fourth sim is napping on the couch. I love the windows in the 4th floor break room and fitness/wellness room! More skylights right along the edge of the room, perfectly aligned with the windows. It does indeed look like a great place for working out or doing yoga.I can see why you love that small park on the left side, it’s so pretty and relaxing.
Suggestions:Be careful of camera angles in small spaces like the bike parking area. A screenshot facing the wall with the fire extinguisher might have come out better. Was it intended that the artwork in the reception area should blend into the wall? It makes it hard to see. I would have liked to see a plant or some architecture-related artwork in the small break room. I think sims would like a shower near the fitness room for washing up after a workout. There isn’t enough contrast between the walls, curtains, lamp and artwork in the architect’s living area.
Commends: Unfortunately, I was unable to load your slideshow, I’m not sure what happened there. From the gallery photos, the exterior is very well designed and pleasing to the eye. I love the wall hangings on the front. You even used signage. The landscaping is beautiful and creative, I love the hexagonal planters. A two-level garage, complete with ramp! Lots of parking spaces for clients and employees. With everyone working in cubicles, it’ll be easy to collaborate. I like the pops of color on the second floor, defining the different areas.
Suggestions: The reception area looks very bland compared to the upstairs. Fewer seats separated by tables and plants would make the area more comfortable.
