Thanks @Dels :) I have to say that I do love that lot. At first I just wanted to know if it could work and it did. I tend to use that one to replace the park in Oasis Springs, unless I have a Sim with a fishing/collecting aspiration (since I removed the pond and don't know if all the fish will still be available).
@Fischio Thanks :) I have to say, I am quite proud of my Victorians ;) As I haven't finished Newcrest yet, there will be more of them, though it may take a while before I get around to it.
