I've also continued (and completed) my neighbourhood redevelopment of Windenburg's Old Town district.
1 Old Shipwright Court - residential; 30x20; 3 bed; 2 bath; 17.908; GT; NoCC, NoMOO, play tested.

This home has a nice relatively spacious kitchen/dining and a living room/study.

Bedrooms for parents, teen and child, sadly I didn't have any money left for a computer.

I play tested with the Bjergsen family (again), the can afford a better home of course, but they were one of the few families that fitted the profile (the Goths would have been even weirder).
