Got another new home :)
5 Birch Road - residential; 20x15; 2 bed; 1 bath; 17.959; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
This home is a small family starter with two bedrooms, perfect for a young family or a single parent with one kid. The colour blue resurfaces throughout the house, which is also one of the main exterior colours. As the porch and the dormer on the roof took up quite a bit of money, decorations have been left out, I just managed to squeeze in a few daisies in front of the house.
