7 Birch Road - residential; 5 bed; 5 bath; 57.263; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
This house is considerably bigger than it’s neighbours, not only because it has two storeys, but also because it has 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The parents’ bedroom is downstairs, the four upstairs bedrooms are all ensuite and intended for teen boy, teen girl, boy child and girl child. This house is fancy enough to have a separate dining room as well as a separate study - all that for less than 60K!
