7 Birch Road is very nice! :) It goes very well with your other homes in the series.It is great that it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms! Very nice exterior design of the home! It is nice that it is two storeys. Nice front and back porches and the roofing and dormer is very nice! Very nice layout of the interior of the home! It is nice that four of the bedrooms are in the upper level. The windows dining alcove on the side of the home is very nice! It looks great that there is a long dining table there with many dining seats on the sides of the table and on the ends so that all the family members can eat meals together. The menu board is a nice touch on the dining room wall. The colour schemes and furnishing of the four kids/teen bedrooms looks very nice. Very nice study room. Sims will enjoy resting on the armchair there reading a book from the bookcase, or have fun playing chess or enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer.
It is a very nice family home! :)
