Perfect Parchment Library - library; 30x20; 122.837; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
My first NRP community lot! And surprise, surprise, it’s the library ;) It basically looks like the houses that I just built for Birch Road, but that is intended. I like to think that the slightly fancier, more expensive houses (the windows are bigger) have been converted to community lots (the other one will be a museum). The interior is mostly in French style, I thought it somehow suited it. I also had a 2x1 space left near the toilets, so I made a display case for old and valuable books. All the essentials are there, also lots of place to make homework - great after school hangout for kids and teens. If you have Kids Room Stuff and want a Voidcritter battlestation and/or a puppet theatre, the sitting area on the landing is kind of superfluous.
