And I've got a new build, the last one for this hood:
Creative Canvas Museum - museum; 40x30; 185.656; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
The biggest lot and the biggest building of the hood. It’s a museum, lots of paintings inside. The smaller sculptures are displayed upstairs next to the art studio. I did put in some career reward items, adds to the atmosphere and gave me a few more things to put on display. The larger sculptures are outside in the garden, where Sims can wander about or sit on a bench.
