I've got a new warehouse - I know it looks a lot like my previous warehouse(s) but they do generally look the same on the outside. Besides, the one I built before this one sort of was a test.
239 Beech Street
Residential; 30x20; 2 bed; 3 bath; 95.853; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
This is the first of three seemingly identical warehouses - I used the same shell for all of them, but the interior will be different, both in plan and furnishing. These were storage buildings back when Willow Creek did most of its business by river. Now that trade goes via teleportation, these disused warehouses are turned into industrial style lofts.
This one has two bedrooms, suited for young adults, both have an ensuite bathroom and there’s also a bathroom on the ground floor. The main living area is open space and there’s still plenty of space to put stuff in. There’s a separate study room on the highest floor, with a nice view over the river.
