First of all like whole Windenburg could make occults:
Fyres - Fairies, obviously
Villareal - Vampires, I just feel they are.
Munch - Werewolves, munching on.
Behr - Bears 😂 maybe they turn into bears at times I think thats giving fantasy
Free Spirits - Spellcasters, Ulrike especially just fits the vibe but Maaike would make great spellcaster as well with her affinity for books
Bjergsens - not occult but I like using them as anti occult human cast cause they're so...normal 😂
Strangely I can't think of San Myshuno premades as occults so even though I love em yeah, mainly just as someone my occults might mess with like I had aliens abduct Bheedas baby once and Jesminder always shows up to worst situations like Vlad ordering food delivery at his party or whatever 😂
Oh! can't miss Feng. yeah. Vampires. 100% also might consider Chinese hopping vampire cause why not.
and Lobo...well. Lobo. though I always feel he is bit futuristic too in that hunger games capitol way so could hang out with aliens
Brindleton Bay my first thought is Lynx as werecat, I think she would enjoy that.
and Mayor Whiskers is obviously spellcaster in disguise.
Then we have Del Sol Valley... well Judith. especially as Vampire or Werewolf or maybe fairy due to that fairy godmother hairdo? she makes great bride for any occult you may have, for me though she is fated to meet Vlad with that great neck of hers she keeps showing off.
Evergreen Harbor... I love Jebs baggy look so I would find way to include him regardless of all odds 😅
but also Knox cause its fun when he keeps pushing his green agendas on my green alien family there 😂
Mount Komorebi... another mostly realistic world for me but I do have Akiyamas live in grudge house so they might turn ghostly eventually 😂
and I think Nishidakes have some Kitsune potential now that I look at it 🧐 at least ladies in this household are really beautiful and there is the bit about them being sacred guardians of Mt.Komorebi...
also Nanami from Ito household... mermaid? I mean her name is seven seas...
Henford, hmm. Cecilia drowned in river Bagley in my old save so I kind of think of that as her fate, but I like the idea of turning her occult as well like maybe death was just way to new start 👀
Copperdale, yeah, witches. vampires. werewolves... I treat it as Salem kind of
not too attached to particular sims here but I do feel like they fit cast of teen occult story or two
San Sequoia, Kyles obviously imaginary pal and Michaelsons are into space travel stuff so like Batuu or aliens or whatnot. also Luna-Sullivan I just have sweet spot for cause I can so see them as adventurers but also Eleanor definitely has cowplant garden.
Chestnut Ridge...nothing particularily occult when it comes to premades here but I do like to keep them as food or whatever 🧛♂️
Nordhaven... Koopmans daughter is sus. I'm not convinced she went to university. Also Lodens drowned in love in my save so they're tragic ghost couple now
Gibbi point... nothing in particular I am thinking of here yet
and last but not least Ondarion where yes anyone could be part of occult story really. I'm not saying bye to any opportunity here yet 🥰
