Multiple Sims are required to register and manage the different businesses. Only ONE business can operate at a time in this setup, so you'll need to switch between business owners.
All establishments and apartments have been playtested and are functional. Businesses must be registered by the player after downloading.

Haven 13 is a great post-apocalyptic survival bunker build! โค๏ธThe exterior design is great, and the furnishing of the interior levels with the types of items used and the textures captures the theme well! Very great underground living and research/security areas! You have designed it well! The sim looks great wearing the hazmat suit on the video to showcase it!
The run down restaurant is great! โค๏ธYou have captured very well what a run down restaurant would look like, and given other simmers a great new challenge in the game to renovate it and turn it into a lovely welcoming place to dine at and a profiting restaurant! The exterior design with the old and torn roofing is great! The furnishing of the interior reflects the theme of the build well!
Not that I knew a dine out update was incoming ๐๐๐ด๐ด๐ฝ๏ธ but I had a run down restaurant waiting in my build collection for just such a day and now it can be released into the wild!!! I always enjoy building a run down lot as the story potential can vastly vary from each and every single person who downloads it and merges it into their game, I already have a story to tell with this one....
