My Canalside Café & Bakery is finally finished.
In the heart of the old residential quarter and well positioned for a good view of the ancient town walls, this lot is perfect for any history buff. Second floor, shop owners apartment. Bottom floor, small business venu with lots of opportunities. Café, bakery, whatever your heart desire, this is the place for you.
I'm just going to spend the rest of the day playing it to make sure everything works, and then I'll upload it to the Gallery tonight. The upper level apartment is lovely! 🙂Very nice layout and the furnishing of each room and area is very nice. The floral wall pattern in the bedroom is pretty. The design of the kitchen and dining room is very nice and warm wood texture of the furniture.
The farmhouse style build is lovely! 🙂Very nice exterior design and red colour. The mud room is a great nook area for the ticket machine. The furnishing of each level is lovely! Very nice warm brown colour and wood textured furniture and walls. The pottery studio section is great. Very nice layout and design of the upper level living areas. The bedrooms are lovely. Very nice window study desk area.

Turned the second floor into a shop owners apartment. Now "only" the rest is left. 😆
Making mess in my Nordhaven relocating everything ever 😂
but Konst Modern was bulldozed in favor of this old finnish farm kinda house
that I intend to use as my version of Terra-Potta :)
still got some problems to solve, landscaping and such to do
so its not on gallery yet but here is progress so farmud room turned out to be very useful for the ticket machine :)
Class area could do with something extra but I just don't know what <:D
added weird window from Get Together for shop side as I never use it and it does look like pottery thing of sortsAdded Laundry too since I had odd space behind stairs :)
and toilet for public use so sims don't have to go upstairs :)
Feeling bit weird about putting all the residential stuff upstairs since thats totally not how these houses work IRL
but I do want all the Terra-Potta stuff downstairs too so oh well, it is what it is.Otherwise actually really liking the layout though :)
I was also able to fit in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
even if I did sinfully put the bathrooms next to each other since I wanted one with tub to be connected to main bedroomand the bedrooms turned out rather lovely if I do say so myself
I don't really know why this household had 2 (?) but it all worked out nicely for this build :)
whew, that was a lot of pictures, and columns...so many columns 😂
now its really just playtesting, details, outside and this woodworking shed I've yet to furnish left :)if anyone has ideas what to build on this side of the lot, those would be welcome too, looking bit... empty there
Thankyou 🙂 I enjoy seeing the builds that simmers create.

Mine is still a work in progress, therefore on on the Gallery yet, but I made a Youtube short of the Café part. There will aslo be a flat on the top floor, and a Cupcake minifactory on the groundfloor https://youtube.com/shorts/WbzdXuLKejA
It's been a good fun so far I must say. First pack I got for the full price :-D
