I've built two houses I'm really pleased with in Tartosa. The first is a functional vineyard on the Via Romanza-lot with a typical Tuscan run up to the house lined with cypress-trees.
The nectar-making is in located to the basement where the nectar is also stored:
The main floor holds the living room, the large country kitchen and the main entrance hall:
The next floor holds two bedrooms and a more private sitting room for the family or kids.
At the top of the house the main bedroom-suite is located:
Unfortunately I don't have any really good screenshots of the last two floors, but they're the same rustic country style as the rest of the house.

The second house I built is a farmhouse on the Refugio dei pirati-lot. It too is built with Tuscany in mind, as I had just been to Tuscany when these two were built. Unfortunately I cannot find the old post where I posted this, so my screenshots are all gone, and I can only show the gallery images.
Bottom floor have kitchen, bathroom and living room, along with a generous outside area.
Upstairs holds three bedrooms and another bedroom.
In my Whittaker Saga Ida and Nathaniel rented this for their honeymoon:
Mediterranean Farmhouse is a lovely Tuscan family homeJesLet40 🙂 Very nice warm stone brick walls. The outdoors dining porch is very nice and the outdoors living area would be lovely to enjoy sitting in the sunshine. Very lovely interior furnishing.
It is special that you built these two homes just after you were in Tuscany in real life 🙂
