Just sharing the pictures of Isaias' new bathroom. Since he's going to be a Jungle Explorer, I used the non-categorized Jungle wall & floor coverings, countertops, shower and shelving where he can put some his smaller collectibles. The room also features the Queen Anne & Basics decor styles with touches of Industrial & Art Deco using shades of green & gray. It's called Anne's Jungle Bath in my gallery.
MIght have overdone it a bit on the wall decor but was trying out new combinations to give it an outdoor/jungle feel.
The home that you are building for Isaias is looking lovely! 🙂The open plan design of the living, dining and kitchen area is very nice and very lovely furnishing! The yellow, green and grey colors give a very nice look and feel to the area and the wall pattern is pretty. It is great that you are planning for him to have a pet cat. The laundry and pet room that you have designed for the cat is great, and nice touches of pet items in the other home areas.
Just stopping by with some pictures of the house that I'm building for my newest 'Orphan Teen' who is now a young adult. His name is Isaias Cannon. The build is modeled after house plan that I saw in my Facebook news feed.
This is the exterior view. The room to the right of the front step was a garage in the original house plan but since Sims 4 doesn't have cars (yet), it will probably used for his Jungle Explorer aspiration at least until there's need to decorate the basement. The exterior uses the Basics, Art Deco & Industrial decor styles with grey stone siding and a green steel roof and green trimmed windows.
Here are some pictures of the open concept entry/living/dining/kitchen room of Isaias's new home using shades of green, gray & yellow. The decor styles include Farmhouse, Industrial & Basics with touches of Art Deco
Since Isaias is a cat lover, I'm planning to add an orphan calico cat that I found while scrolling through the 'Other Households' in Manage World after finishing my visit with Eugi & Giovannia to his household so I've added pet items to the build.
This is Isaias's new laundry/pet room that is to the left of the entry. It uses the Queen Anne & Basics decor styles in shades of gray & red.
An overview layout of the main floor of Isaias's new home. The stairs to the basement are in his jungle explorer/hobby room. Hope to get his bedroom and main bath decorated today along with some yard work so that Isaias can move into his new home.
The pottery small business build is looking lovely! 🙂The exterior design and roofing complements well with the Mt.Komberori world. The balcony is great and very nice design of the front steps. The pottery studio room with the pottery wheels in it is very nice. The interior layout is great.
As part of my plan to modernise mount komorebi I've started on a small business focusing on pottery (I've done nearly every other small business apart from the one that game with the pack 🤣 I want to breathe a bit of fresh air into the traditional area, whilst honouring their local build style but with a twist :) still have much landscaping and finishing off to do, but here it is so far :) there's also a newly built family recreation centre I've just finished building too :)
Each of the builds look great! 🙂The exterior design and layout of the first one is lovely! The colours are very nice and it is great that there are a number of buildings. It suits Nordhaven very well. The museum basement night club is very nice. The furnishing of the bar counter and dining area is great! It is nice that there is a balcony sitting and piano music area. The build in your forever save is lovely 🙂The treehouse style design is great!Very lovely landscaping, plants and trees.
The family bathroom is lovely! 🙂The red and grey colours are very nice and the leafy wall panels and plants on the wall are nice touches of nature. The furnishing is lovely. The stars look pretty on the wall and lovely blossoms art. The wall shelving with bathroom items on it is very nice.
Hope that you've all had a wonderful day. Just stopping by with pictures of the upstairs main bathroom that I just decorated for Brycen & Brenda Boston. Used their son, Braylen's favorite colors of red & gray with the decor style categories of Modern, Basics & Patio. Experimented with different wall accent items on the sides. The room is called "Basic Modern Bath" in my gallery although one of the wall plants from Braylen's room got caught up in the gallery picture.
Took the pictures of the room before placing it back into the house. Kind of has touches of seasonal decor as well.
It is a lovely bedroom 🙂 The blue and black room colours are very nice and lovely wall pattern. The soft multi colours curtains behind the bed are pretty. The plates wall displays in either sides of the window are very nice.
