This thread is for posting pictures of your WIP creations. WIP stands for “Work-In-Progress”. It will be lovely to see the pictures of the creations that you are working on! This is a link to a thread where you can share your finished creations Share Your Newest The Sims 4 Creations Here! | EA Forums - 1306802 Happy simming and creating!
I will do that. Maybe I could just post room photos here of my Sims' homes that aren't quite finished. Then I could share the overview layout photos of how their homes look in my threads. Although I could share them all in their respective threads and you could view them there and just put preview photos of my new rooms and builds here.
Am about to get my visit with Edgar Engle and his family. He was a single and loving it father of two (including an alien son) before meeting Amelia Linton and falling in love with her. They have an on and off again love relationship with being married and divorced and remarried a couple of times. They are now reengaged and hope to get them married again in this visit. Amelia adopted a toddler by the name of Desirae shortly after she moved in with the family and then she and Edgar had a daughter together named Jerrica. You'll meet them all in their Valley Venture story.
Your Biodome Botanical Garden is looking lovely! 🙂The patterned glass window walls and the flowers are pretty. The pond and log is great. It is a very nice and special place to have the butterflies and a lovely place for sims to enjoy visiting 🦋
It would be great to use Valley Orphans as your main story thread, with it being featured in the Friday Highlights. It may be good to share photos of the sim’s homes and background stories, and then also have their gameplay photos in another post.
That's a good idea, Rose. Do you think it would be a good idea use Valley Orphans as my main story thread since that is the one that was mentioned in the Friday Highlights? Then I could still use Valley Ventures and Silverford Valley threads to write their stories then just share the links on my Orphan page. Should I create a separate build page or just share photos of my Sims homes with their backstory posts separate from the actual game play ones?
I'll try doing that with with my next sim visit with Edgar Engle and his family. Edgar is part of Valley Ventures now but had his beginning in old Alphabet Sim game save back when Covid was happening. Sometimes when I haven't played a household in a long time, I like to make up something that they've been doing in the intervening years like traveling or something like that to span the time.
Just finished Tyrone & Ann's story in Valley Orphans. Hope you enjoy their back story.
You could keep the three threads, and just post on one of them, but post links to the other two in that thread. It would also be good to post your builds there also, so as you can keep the builds together and simmers can see your builds in one thread.
Thanks for your input, Rose. Maybe I should use the three threads I created for my current saves more. It's just that I don't get many views and/or comments there except from you. Maybe it just takes time to build viewers in a thread. Would be best to just have one thread for them all or keep the three that I have? What's the best way to promote a thread for more views?
I think once I get through writing the backstories of my current households future posts in those threads would be mainly photo/commentary style, so that will be easier. Hope it's still Ok to post pictures of my builds here.
Happy birthday! 🎂 It is lovely that you have been enjoying your birthday and kind of your friend to treat you to a facial waxing and a sundae. I hope that the rest of your day is enjoyable and happy too ❤️ The bathroom is lovely 🙂 The plants and greenery are very nice on the walls and pretty pink and grey room colours. It may be best for you to start a new thread where you can post pictures of the sims that you have in your game, and their background stories, their homes and what is happening in their lives. This thread is more for posting of WIPs. It would be good for you to have your own thread where you can keep together the stories of your sims and where they live and your time spent with them seeing how their lives are progressing.
Just thought I'd stop by to share pictures of the 3rd floor bathroom in Tyrone & Ann Pleasant's home along with some candid photos of my visit since I'm planning to save my stories for when my new laptop is fixed. After that I plan to retire the current versions Valley Ventures and Silverford Valley to start fresh unless the lot sharing issue gets fixed between now and then.
Until then I'm just planning to play for fun but will share photos of the builds and some candid photos while writing backstories to share when I get back to posting in my threads. Sometimes posting candid photos helps me to formulate the stories of my Sims. Hope you don't mind my brainstorming, rosemow. Will probably save Tyrone & Ann's story for my next visit with them when Ann celebrates her young adult birthday. Due to her high marks despite not having a good exam day during the springtime in Valley Ventures, she was able to graduate early and is looking forward to completing her Perfectly Pristine aspiration. If there's a sim who could spot the smallest piece of dust, that would be Ann.
Anyways hope you all enjoy these photos. It's also my birthday today and my best friend treated me to a Spa Day of sorts with a facial waxing at a new salon in my hometown and a chocolate sundae at the Dairy Queen in town. So far it's been a great day.
Here are some photos of the third floor bathroom in Tyrone and Ann's home. It's kind to tricky to get good pictures in a 3x3 room but here they are.
On second thought, since I'm starting get the inspiration to write Tyrone and Ann's story, I'll go do that now and then post the pictures from my Sim springtime visit with them.
Their home is lovely! 🙂The exterior design is great. The interior furnishing is lovely! The room colours and wall patterns are very nice. The open plan design and layout of the kitchen and living area is very nice and pretty floral wall pattern. The bedrooms are very nice and sweet nursery.
