Sim Height.
I would like Sims to vary in height. It's kind of boring when all adult Sims are the exact same height, to be honest.

Actually, as a friend of someone with animation knowledge, this can be happen but they will have to be limited on specific height. The hardest part is probably making sure that all animation are correctly synced. Further information, let's summon @Gullveig
