SimNation/Simtopia game idea
So many want open worlds, beaches, mountains, ski resorts, rural farm lands... why not incorporate a system similar to Cities Skylines with the foundation of The Sims, this way we could create a world to our liking? Sim's traveled by public transportation and using their own vehicles (no loading screens). The only loading screens were when we switched between World Developing/CAS and Build/Buy Mode and Live Mode.
The world was a blank space where we could play with God-Mode tools to create hills, mountains, valleys, grasslands, marshes, lakes, streams and beaches/oceans. We could also decorate our worlds and even go into a new tool designed to create venues, community lots, residentials, etc. to save in our library and place in our worlds, even duplicating buildings to plop down.
So yeah, a Sim's game that meshed a city/world building gameplay into an upgraded Sim's game, so we have the best of both worlds in one game. We also had two major careers/roles when starting the game. Our sole role in the entirety of the game was to be our sim's God (just like in SimCity), and starting the game we also played the role as Mayor to govern the inner workings such as managing safety, transportation, education, utilities, and taxes; or switch roles and play with the sim's we create.
Yay or Nay?
