Oh no. They're knocking up all my playables. I love going back into their houses to see they have a new child with a random name :) I have 26 households I'm rotating through. Gotta keep the soap opera going. I'm playing with aging off in this save, but I'm fairly sure they would age if I had aging on for the whole town. I think I recall this being the case in my first save. They just don't have children on their own. They're easy enough to get them started with their own kids though, as I've learned.
I don't know if this works the same for Sims in the unplayable bin though. I think it only works for playables in homes. I could be wrong about that. Someone will correct me if they know otherwise for sure.
