I am looking for a new challenge so I am going to do the room challenge too. I have built a lot ready, it is not in the gallery yet but if anyone wants to download it I am always happy to share my builds, it is called "The Room Challenge" and my Origin ID is DippyDesigns. It is 8x8 and built on a 20x15 lot and costs $18,464 and once you delete the door you will get over $400 back towards your bills. I wasn't sure what to do with trash so I included the trash can that gives you money back ;)
