Hey all! Wanted to share where I was at in the challenge!
My Sim is Savannah Brantley. She lives in Willow Creek on Potters Splay.
She started as cheerful, creative, and a genius. Her original aspiration was Body Builder (I think I would go with Nerd next time).
My goal was to get as many easy aspirations done as possible. I am a nerd and kind of planned out how this would roll.
I would love to post pics, but I find it ridiculous that I need to post on another website and THEN post the URL in here. I will post one at the end when I am done.
As of now:
100 pts to start- 22 for days +10 for topping Writing +60 for 12 aspiration goals= 148
I completed the following:
Athletic: Basic Trainer
Mix: Bar Tenderfoot
Musical: Tone Deaf/
Renaissance: Prudent Student
Nerd Brain: Prudent Student
Master Chef: Aluminum Chef
Comp Whiz: With the Program
Successful Lineage: Readily a Parent
Big Happy Family: Readily a Parent
Writing: Fledge-linguist
Competent Word Smith
Novelest Novelist
On the last writing one now-- struggling to get Best Sellers-- and then moving on to Artist!
2 questions:
1. Submitted a work to the Sims Literacy Journal-- does anyone know how long it takes for their sim to get a response-- **This does NOT count as publishing, which I learned the hard way.
2. I assume to win Chess games you have to be able to leave your lot? After Prudent Student for Nerd, I moved on and just wanted to make sure I did not break a rule!
