The Drifter Challenge House 019 - Rules

Sadly we have a house fail :(. It's a really fun challenge... but it's definitely a challenge, lol. Especially when my sims want ridiculous things. Like they move in - they've no money and the first thing they want is... a hot tub! Seriously?! I have struggled a bit because they rarely wished for more than 500s at a time and there's not a lot you can buy for that amount! Oh well hopefully I'll do better this time around.
