It definitely is. It makes perfect sense. That has just started to come into place in Storme. At first, everything was mostly chaos so there weren't as many rules, but now power is being consolidated. My family is just seeing less of that because they flout the rules for the most part and, really, who would ever try to stop them? lol
I'm sure that once Shannyn and Kayne are gone (nooo!), you're family will probably feel the effects of that since no one else is going to be in the mob anymore.
