That's kind of up to you and your Founder, I always start just with a very few necessities-toilet, fridge, bed, shower/bath and a trash can. As your Founder gets through their career and makes money, you can buy more things you need, and eventually whole rooms. Later in the legacy you'll have plenty of money to build custom.
