The key rule is nothing that would give you an advantage over someone else under the same circumstances. Since those items are legit through buying/registering your version, you can use them. Everyone-theoretically-has access to them. Someone else who bought the deluxe edition would have them the same as you. From a more subjective standpoint, mood boosting items are everywhere in the game, so long as they aren't mods/CC/cheats, I don't see why you couldn't use them.
