@Hellagood88 - those stacks are free under the debug. I copied this from Euphorial Queen so you know how to get them. Ask, if you have any questions. They don't cost anything. Hope that helps :)
Open cheat console type and enter
testingcheats on
Then type and enter
bb.showhiddenobjects
Under filter (where you choose colors and such) open the Content option and choose Debug.
This will display all the free debug decorations
